Great app saving me hours of time and money
This new version has everything and is so cheap and easy to use. Would recommend to all!
A snap to use
As real estate agents we constantly strive to improve, whilst also looking for greater efficiency. One of the most time consuming elements of property management practice is the preparation of condition reports. So when a piece of software comes along that promises to produce better reports in less time it is always going to get our attention. We have been trialling Field Agent in our office for the last week and the results are impressive. When comparing it to the other software available, it is also exceptional value. My advice? Would be better if reports were printed to pdf not rtf. Would also be nice to preview reports before emailing.

This app works great on my iPhone for an on the fly inspection. Would like to see and iPad version too.
Wow great update
I'm loving the new update! It's fantastic to be able to complete and produce professional looking ingoing and outgoing inspection reports right from the phone. Plus the great looking routine inspection reports. I'm hooked.

1. I should be able to access the photos on other devices (if I use the same ID/Password)
2. I should be able to access photos on my dropbox acct.
3. Field agents don't deal with rent reviews, rent increase or renewals so just don't add junk.
4. Sometimes photos go black and white and I can't email them. That shouldn't happen.
5. When I email, notation should go along with the photos. Not - all notations then photos.
6. The ability to cut or rotate a photo, would be helpful

Disaster
I started taking photos and editing the notes the screen went blank and I could not get back into the app. I ended up deleting the app and taking pictures on my iPhone. This was a complete waste of time and a my pictures and notes were gone. I'm glad this happened before I left the property. Do not use this app or either have a backup plan if your stuff disappears like the rest of us.

Great app
Absolutely fantastic application! We use this app for a large rent roll and the results have been excellent. Saves time, saves money and saves paperwork in the office enabling our property managers to spend more of their day on other tasks.
Impressive
I finally found what I was looking for! Very clean and easy to use. And you can't argue with the price lol :) looking forward to future updates thank you.

Field Agent has improved the efficiencies of undertaking Routine Inspections tremendously. We now look so Professional being able to send an email onsite and deliver real time information to our clients.
Needs Work
Just like the other reviewer posted, after taking some pics, I went back in to edit/add notes the pics & THEY WERE GONE!!! Also gone was ALL the property info I had stored!!! Only thing left was the name of the property... This app has plenty of potential but needs MAJOR work right now!!!...
Not what I would call ready
This could be better, seems unfinished.

I have been using this app for a couple of weeks now and it has made my routines much easier. It has frozen up on me a few times during inspections which can be a pain. As I email all the routines to myself and then save them into a file- I find that not being able to delete them off my phone a bit annoying. We have 350 properties and I don't need that many routines taking up memory on my phone.

Sure, it's a very good idea so I think the dev's are onto a winner, but it seems like it is still in the dev stage.
The email templates need to be customisable to make this worthwhile. If they already are then the settings are extremely difficult to find!
They 'overlay' is a small stroke of genious in my opinion and is easily the best feature, especially for regular inspections.
The biggest thing that makes this app lose its stars is that it is designed very aggressively. Those days are long gone and aren't tollerated any more. The devs are WAY out of touch!

did two jobs then wouldnt let me back on now i have to go back to tenants houses and walk through again not cool crap!!!
Don't use! Bad app!
Terrible app! It was good for about 5 inspections then it crashed and I lost all my reports/ photos I had done up. Had to delete it as I couldn't open it and it kept crashing. Even tried resetting my iPhone. Needs a lot more work. I will not risk using it again.
Has Huge Potential
I was looking for an app that I could do all my walk throughs with tenants and have them sign the report. Used either on the iPhone or ipad and this one has potential.
Need to be able to edit reports and delete pictures from reports. Rename reports, etc. Also being able to add custom templates for letters would be huge!
