URって何?

ver1.5開発中の紹介ではチェックインが少なく、周りにスポットも少ないスポットのレア度を高くするとの説明だったが実際にはチェックイン数しか考慮されていないようでURが乱立するエリアが多数ある。今まで毎日地元のエリアを巡っていた人ほど損をするシステム。今までと違う方向でゲームバランス崩壊してます。
URにチェックインしても3点しかもらえないことがある。バグですか?仕様ですか?

チェックインできない

チェックインしてカメラで撮影したが、チェックイン済みになる所とならない所がある。
各モニュメント間が近い場合は、GPSの関係で捉えられないのか…
どうにかして欲しい。
