Need major improvement
Notifications for new messages in the app is not working for iPhone. I never get a notification
Nightmare.
App works when it wants to. Sometimes it’ll save site data, sometimes it saves absolutely nothing and you’ve got to open another ticket. App has issues staying connected to the internet, and requires constant quit/restart for chat to update. Like I said, a nightmare.
