Overhead linesman
Tropical storm Isiasis rolls thru, does monumental damage, and the best that could be done was utilize slow email transmission to get work locations and descriptions of jobs...no exact number addresses given, just general locations. We have to hunt down the issue. I was informed that this app was put out and ppl went to training on how to properly utilize it, 2 years ago if I’m not mistaken!! This app sounds like it could be massively helpful, if it were to ever be accessed. We gotta do better than this....

We don’t have a preshared key
I’m an underground splicer with the company. Used my company login and it won’t let me in. Also don’t have a preshared key whatever that is. Definitely would be an asset to use out in the field especially after that freak tornado. Please make this easier for company users thanks

No title needed
For me the username and Password didn’t work for the app. I though it was because it said PSE&G Long Island, but I tried to look for another one and this is the only one that appeared. Is weird but it didn’t work for me!

Every time I try to log in through the app it always claims wrong username and or password, I simply log in without any troubles through safari! Why is that?

“Bad username/password” and i clicked “first time user” and that took me to a page I cannot log into either...
Can't log in
I can log in in the web but the same username and password doesn't work on the app. When I tried the first time user link it led me to a website page with another login that didn't work. Not very user friendly. If I'm not supposed to use my web login and password let people know that. For now I'll just give them time to fix and try again later.

Can’t log in
Title says it all. I can log in just fine using the browser, but for some reason my password or user name is invalid for the app.
