Field Opus

Field Opus is the native iOS workspace for field technicians using Service Opus. The app focuses on work that happens in the field: seeing today’s assigned route, opening job workspaces, updating dispatch status, completing checklists, capturing signatures, recording technician notes, reviewing documents, adding photos, tracking materials, and syncing work when connectivity is unreliable. Native Field Opus features include: - Today route board with assigned stops - Job list with active, completed, and all-work filters - Dispatch status updates such as en route, arrived, working, departed, paused, and completed - Directions, call, and text actions for assigned stops - Job detail workspace with service address, customer contact, priority, route changes, and closeout readiness - Checklist execution with task notes and signature capture - Technician notes and structured work summaries - Photo capture from camera or library for field evidence - Document download and review for job files - Material issue, return, and installed-material capture with serial or lot scanning support - Stockroom workflows for truck restock, purchase order receiving, and staged kits - Time clock and break handling - Offline staging and sync queue for critical field updates - Biometric login, background app lock, and technician profile settings - Field ergonomics including large type, one-handed mode, glove-friendly controls, and performance mode Field Opus is built for technicians who need a focused native mobile tool for route execution, job closeout, field evidence, inventory handling, and offline-safe updates. An active Service Opus account with Field Opus access is required.
