How is an app this bad??
Only use because company makes us. It says it’s created by Microsoft but they probably outsourced to china. App doesn’t work at all. If I could put less than one star I would.
Terrible, useless
Have to say this is the worst service app ever. Takes forever to load, mostly times out and has to try again. Frustrating to have to wait, even customers have to wait for me, when loading tasks to look up prices. Has a bad image and customers might also get buyers remorse. Saving a few bits maybe bytes very small memory, shouldn’t take minutes. Should be seconds or instant. I would not use if it weren’t for my company using it

Used it for a year and unfortunately cannot get around not using it but it is not a good app

Multi-billion dollar company with a terrible app.
This is terrible. Having to use it on a daily basis makes my life worth not living.

I have to take my notes in notepad instead of this stupid app, it crashes every time I type or save. I’m glad I stopped typing in paragraphs just for this app to crash. I’d much rather copy and paste my notes into this app and hope it doesn’t crash. PLEASE FIX

Chances are, if you’re using this product, you didn’t have a choice in the matter.
