Brilliant with room to improve
Using the app on iPhone 14 definitely made navigating the event easy, compared with a crumpled paper map in my pocket.
Maybe I’m just too far past 40 and also was too rushed, but found a couple of things tricky:
- having selected an exhibitor or location: in the details window, the wee location pin icon for getting directions was so tiny next to the site number, I didn’t realise it was there or had a function at first. Once found - brilliant!
I assumed the purpose of saving “favorites” was to help find them again, but…
- having saved some favorites, it wasn’t easy to quickly find them again either on the map (had to know the general area to zoom right in to see the heart) or from search results.
- I expected the “Plan” tab (from home page toolbar/menu, with heart icon) to have a list for all my favorites, (which also had heart icons), so I could quickly re-find them, but that wasn’t there
- ditto for Search results - would be good to be able to filter search for my favorites
Are favourites saved only with a ticket as opposed to saved for the ticket holder? My second day on new ticket the favourites didn’t seem to stay saved.

The app was so helpful navigating around fieldays. Really easy to use and search.
Easy to use
Used the app at the recent Fieldays last week. Was super easy to use and really helpful to find your way around the event and also find my car at the end of the day. Will definitely be using next year as well!

Hopeless app went to plan itinerary and keeps crashing

Can’t search exhibitors, can’t Paste QR code in to add my ticket, can’t add QR code from email, can’t see events. Not exactly easy to use.
App faulty
Would be great if the exhibitors list and search function actually worked. The only exhibitor listed is Vodafone. Have tried to delete the app and restart my phone and it still doesn’t work.
No app data
Installed this version - no exhibitor data or what’s on information was present.
IOS Version
Why do you need to have ios 13.0 or newer? My Iphone 6 is only 2 years old and cant upgrade to that version - limiting your market

Miss leading
I downloaded the app after a quick read over the description.
I thought the apps purpose was something completely different. Thought it was a app to log all the events/activities to do in your area.
Obviously was wrong.
After exploring the app for a few minutes, I went back to the App Store to read the descriptions more thoroughly.
Am still not 100% sure of it’s purpose.
There needs to be a more accurate description of it’s designed purpose, in the App Store.
The app it’s self was a bit difficult to direct. Messy/Cramped design. The program lagged on and off, and that was while I was only on for a few minutes.

Great concept but...
Neither me or my partner could use the search function without the app crashing (iPhone and huawei) both at home and onsite so we needed to buy a programme to find stalls. It was great to save where we wanted to visit on the map though and to find parents room etc.
If you could build in reminders for events (or have ability to save as reminders to phone easily) it would make the app next level (and also fix the search function).
Love the link to the band and that concept. Now to get more exhibitors set up with it for entering comps!

Crashing
Could have been very handy and efficient for such a large event but app keep crashing deleted and tried again with no luck what a shame maybe next year they will get it right

Crashes constantly. Search takes too long.

No app problems here. Made an account, added tickets and favourites. Ticked a bunch of map options and I’m all set to go for this year (2019). Thanks

Doesn’t have exhibitors, surely it’s not that hard to add to the app and that would really help
Loving this app
User friendly, have saved all my favourites so I know where I can find them and checked out what events are on. Plus shared w family so they can search what they are looking for from the comfort of their own home. Dads looking for kennels and search button has made easy for him to find. Plus love the pin my car function
