Idaho potato farm

Would give 0 stars if possible. Customer service is nonexistent even though they butter you up during account setup. Impossible to view employees previously submitted hours on app, employee portal, or supervisor desktop. Editing hours is impossible to our knowledge. Cannot do lunch breaks only clock in and out. Never came into contact with supervisor on payroll day, so payroll did not happen on time. Never replied to emails that we submitted with multiple questions.
0/10 from a 24yo tech savvy kid, could even be a crock. Too many good reviews for the few bad reviews to all have the same exact complaints with no accountability responsibility or reimbursement.

The functionality you mention (viewing hours, editing hours, logging lunch breaks) have been standard features for many years -- and our support staff respond to all emails/voicemails they receive. Very hard to use

We struggled with editing hours after the fact. The desktop version is atrocious to manipulate our crew’s time as they made a lot of mistakes when clocking In/ out.

Often times looses hours worked

It shows synced up on supervisors device, but never shows up at administrative page. This often leads to frustration and confusion for employees. Having to keep paper records of time and having to make corrections weekly do to app errors is frustrating and time consuming, which is something this app is supposed to help eliminate.

Most inexpensive employee management app. Has saved our company lots of time and money. Allows us take off a lot of weight from our shoulders especially during harvest time. Great for piece tracking! Don't have to spend long hours counting bin tickets or punch tickets. All live data on my admin site. Great cost reports all in one account. Fieldclock has revolutionized our buisness.

Payroll can be very intense, but our support staff is always willing to help. Please keep in mind that the recommended methods for getting in touch with the support team are via the Intercom widget on the admin site or by emailing support@fieldclockapp.com. We do not recommend dialing team members directly in case the specific member is unavailable at the time you call.

A must have for every farmer with employees

Superb time and money savor. Easy, quick and it made my cherry harvest the best no more stress and tension with the payroll office ( my S.O.)
