As others of said updated forms are thrown out without being debugged and that results in zero length fields, fields in the wrong order, no values to choose from etc etc. there is little or no attention to detail until it comes time invoicing you then they are right on the ball
Need to try harder
The program is usable as long as they don’t update it, when they do the do so without fully checking it, there is no search address function either so you have to scroll and open all on that date to find the one you want.
