The Safety section now covers working at height and fall protection, including the trigger height difference between construction work and O&M on a plant already in service. Excavation and buried utilities, hand and power tools, and site vehicle and traffic hazards are in as well. New PV System Types reference: utility scale, behind the meter commercial and residential, off grid, AC and DC coupled hybrid, central and string and module level architecture, and fixed tilt against tracking. All of it works with no signal, like the rest of the library.
