I am beyond disappointed with the FIFA World Cup app. I redeemed 2,000 McDonald’s points through this promotion thinking it would be worth it, but afterward I realized I could have used those same points to get a cheeseburger instead. Looking back, that cheeseburger would have been a much better value and honestly would have made me happier.
The redemption process itself was easy enough, but the rewards just didn’t feel worthwhile compared to what I gave up. A cheeseburger is something I know I would have enjoyed immediately, while this reward left me feeling like I wasted my points. It made me question why I participated in the promotion at all.
I understand this is ultimately my decision, but the app could do a better job helping users understand the value they’re getting before they redeem points. Clearer comparisons or reminders that points can be used for regular McDonald’s menu items would help people make more informed choices. Once the points are gone, there’s no way to undo the decision, and that’s frustrating.
As someone who was excited about the World Cup promotion, I expected to feel satisfied with my redemption. Instead, I was left thinking about the cheeseburger I could have had. That’s not exactly the experience you want after saving up points.
Hopefully the developers improve the rewards and make it easier for users to compare what they’re giving up before redeeming. Until then, I’ll be a lot more careful with my points. Unfortunately, this experience wasn’t worth it for me, so I’m leaving one star.

Bug fix request
We’ve really been enjoying this app this World Cup. It’s so fun and helps get familiar with all the athletes competing in the tournament. It’s been a lot of fun.
This morning we started having an issue with our swap requests. When we try to update and hit save we keep getting an error message that reads: "HTTP/1.1 504 Gateway Timeout" Therefore we are unable to update our swap requests which is very sad. Please fix this bug!!
I tried to email the developer through their website about it but kept getting an error there as well so cannot send them my feedback.

I really love it. Have 4 of these. One of them completed, other one about to, and another one a bit lower, and last one just started. It’s really good. I rate it 100/5. Only one little thing. Change it to 10 packs a day. And change the price of the deluxe pack to $1.00. How about for free on holidays? Update is useless, want something more exciting and want to be able to collect the McDonald stickers but I live in the USA so it’s impossible. Why? Anyways, the best app I have. Trading Needs a Major Update
I really enjoy this app and the FIFA World Cup collection. The interface is great, opening packs is fun, and the collection itself is excellent.
However, the trading system needs a major improvement. We can create Public Requests, but we cannot browse or search other players’ public trade requests. We have no way to see what other collectors are offering or what they need. Everything depends on the automatic matching system, which makes trading feel slow and removes the social aspect of collecting.
Please consider adding a real trading marketplace where users can:
* Browse public trade requests.
* Search for specific stickers.
* View other collectors’ offers and wish lists.
* Send and receive direct trade proposals.
Trading is one of the best parts of collecting Panini stickers, and bringing that experience into the app would make it much more enjoyable. This would easily make the app a 5-star experience.

Free packs but can’t even open them?
FIFA gives free packs. 2 per day. But when you have a QR code, you can’t open them bc of the 2 pack limit! Why?! What’s the point! 2 per day limit 2 free… unlimited free via any other way of batting free gift packs

So when I try to play or put a code it says register so I register it always says that something happened so try again later so I try again later but it says the same so I keep doing it again again and again but it keeps saying the same
Panini is ruining the world cup
Panini’s greed has destroyed the digital collectors fun. In 2018 and 2022 you could complete the collection and be able to download a PDF copy of your album. For 2026 that option is blocked behind the most offensive pay wall. You need to complete the album with pay only special stickers in order to download the digital copy. That is a change no one ask for and based only on greed by panini.
Similar with the physical copy of the album. Why add horrible border colors when in the rest of the world the stickers have no borders.

Four packs seriously…
This concept of this game is fun and the game it’s self is fun but that lasts like five minutes. It’s kind of frustrating to only be able to open four packs a day especially bc I have around 15 packs. I don’t see the point of having a four pack limit.

It was great graphics but just for more pack openings you have to sign in just to open more challenges? No sign in, DO ANYTHING ELSE? NO YOU HAVE TO SIGN IN FOR FULL GAMEPLAY panini fix that and REMOVE IT FOR MORE PLAYERS
