Avoid the Online Shop
I made a purchase with the online shop. However, after a couple of weeks and not receiving my items I telephoned them & I was told it’s now out of stock and will refund me. Annoying but ok. I got the money back for the products only, I paid £35 international shipping as well and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to assume I’d be refunded that as well. So basically I’ve paid postage for items I’m not receiving at all! When I have called, I have spoken to the same person and they simply hang up.
