Doesn’t work properly
App doesn’t work properly, doesn’t load anything and then says there is a problem finding my address yet I’ve had deliveries before with no issue, isn’t adding things to the cart so you think it’s not worked and add it again only to go onto the cart and have multiples of same item🤦🏼♀️

Have to make an order until you can find out the delivery cost, very obnoxious.
Great customer service
Had a slight issue with one of my orders and when I contacted fife eats they got back to me very quick and fixed the issue straight away.

Terrible. The worst fish and chips that I have ever had. The fish was dry and overcooked, like leather. Chips were soggy.

Only good thing is the prices
Search is barely functional, so you have to pick a restaurant and just do it manually, not great if you want to compare places or find something specific if you don’t know what restaurant sells what you’re searching for.
Fantastic
Much better than just eat, uber eats etc. local shops, BRITISH shops. Nice local places, always on time, fast, safe and very hygienic. Prices are great too! Will be uninstalling every other food app.
What is wrong with Fife?
Why is it virtually impossible to get deliveries on a Saturday afternoon .. there is not one location on this app that can deliver on a Saturday Afternoon. Talk about an untapped market 🙄

This app is so much more efficient than other well known delivery apps. Such a good range of local food places and the process is so quick!! Definitely my new go to app.
