Great but needs an update

The app is spectacular! But it needs to be updated due to recent changes in classes spells and dnd beyond changes. Would love some of the new stuff including grim books

Love

All the players in my current group use D&D beyond and often are having connection issues in the LGS, not me. My sheets are always ready and leveling is accomplished without WiFi.

Easy and Accurate

This is my go to app to create my characters. Been using it for years now. Just enough things to help but not too much to overwhelm you :)

Love it

This has been a wonderful tool for anything dungeons and dragons related for both myself and my family, five stars well earned!

A fine app

A good app for making characters, but could definitely do with a better design.

Unusable

I found it’s almost impossible to edit important parts of the character and doesn’t handle content that isn’t programmed into it yet (race, class etc) in any useful way

Great tool but weird names

Everything is amazing from the quick builder to the fully customizable sheets. It’s also a one time payment instead of a subscription like everything else nowadays. The only speed bump is the names are sometimes changed for copyright reasons but you can usually figure out what it means pretty easy

Still works!

Kinda insane that this app still remembers my previous purchase of premium and I didn’t even have to do any roundabout methods to restore it, overall I am impressed and it’s still usable to this day for making quick things on the fly.

Great for airplane mode or deployments

Listen I love the simplicity of this app no major flash just a good solid app. The gripes there are a metric classes and races out there k wish this app had been updated regularly to reflect the evolving world.

Does Not Work

After downloading the app, nothing worked. I deleted it.

Balling

This is a good app.

Worth the price

The app is absolutely worth the price. The only thing I’d like is if the updated the apple version to have the mordenkainen racial variants that the android version has. The android version even has the owlin race from Strixhaven. Of course it’s all generic names so they don’t get sued. Just would like a little love for the apple users.

Not the same as the android version

I have this app on both the google play store and the Apple Store. Why isn’t the owlin race on both versions and why can’t I level up a character with a custom race? This version is not as good as the other

Needs 5.5e update

Crashes a little too often, could do with a pdf export, and most obviously, needs the 5.5e updates

Close to perfect

After using the app for years, this app does a great job of just showing you what you need to know to get by. Some class and subclass abilities are butchered, but are easy enough to look up separately.

I personally love the lack of overly stylistic formatting or UI that clutters other apps. Leaves it looking very clean and easy to navigate. Almost exactly like a digital version of the character sheet itself, which I assume is why everyone is here.

Only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is the shortened descriptions. Given how the specific wordings of abilities can mean the difference between a yes or no from your DM, having the abilities that you get after character creation appear with more precise language would go a long way.

That being said, I am looking forward to a release for a 2024 edition character sheet. The developer does a fantastic job and I will be using his version of the 2024 sheet should he make it.

Absolutely (almost) perfect

Users of this app know that it is well worth purchasing; I have never regretted paying for this app. As a matter of fact, as dm, I made my players purchase this app as well. It’s just worth it… the only reason this is getting 4 stars is because of the copyright avoiding language, that makes it hard to remember what race you are playing as, in addition the inability to make a custom character sheet from scratch. Again, almost perfect app.

Love this app

I love this app so much I have all my players use it and we pay the sub it’s worth it trust. But I would love to see some of the monster races (kobold skeleton mimics etc) and the new classes (pugilist and reanimater) other then that the app is absolutely perfect

So close to perfect

On the notes page I can’t see what I’m typing while I’m typing it. I’d like to please.

Fantastic!! I would much rather this than D&D Beyond

title says it all. this is a lovely app and i’ve used it for years. highly recommend. some bugs here and there but it’s loveable.

I WOULD LOVE A 5.5 VERSION THOUGH!!

Used to be amazing

This was my go to app that I’d recommend to friends. But now the Paid is glitchy, cuts off the screen so you can’t see important things like perception.

Is it better than paper?
At least in a Ent saving sense.
