every time i put in play with friends it doesn’t tell me the code to make them join me it just says “key”

How do you make a game code?

GREAT GAME but it’s not letting my friends join the game h en I press create game. It’s says “key: “ as if I were supposed to type a secret key for friends to join, but I can’t type anything!! All but this and ranking are good.
