The owner of the gym is a pro boxer extremely knowledgeable and helpful guy on whatever aspect you want to improve regarding to fitness, boxing , being healthy! The gym is near Capital Heights, and they provide amateur/professional boxing competitive training, have sparring session in the week and has a ring 🥊🥊. The gym also has jumping ropes, all kind of bags, free weights, squat bar, fitness bikes, rental gloves … 10 out of 10 boxing gym !
