Login issue
I have been trying to login to figma app via my outlook account, upon hitting the login button an outlook login page opens up and after I sign in with my passkey and authenticate, the outlook mail opens up and I’m just there looking at my mail, the login never happens and a valid session does not start. What is going on? Please fix this issue!

Assim como todos os comentários que leio ha mais de tres anos, o Figma esta perdendo uma grande fatia do mercado por nao incluir as opções de edição no aplicativo. Não quero usar o app só para visualizar! Totalmente inútil dessa forma. Atualmente no iPad preciso acessar o figma pelo navegador para conseguir trabalhar, mas preferiria muito fazer isso no aplicativo próprio!

Dommage que sur iPad il n’y ai pas de possibilité d’édition des designs… ne sert donc pas à grand chose mise à part présenter et annoter rapidement sur tableau blanc…

Can’t pay for the subscription in the app, there is nothing saying you can cancel, you can only get the most expensive plan, only in stupid American dollars. Terrible app, would not recommend.

페이지 이동 한 번에 하는 기능 있으면 더 좋을 것 같아요. 모바일에서는 프로토타입 보기 하면 무조건 처음부터 시작이니 원하는 페이지 가려면 탭을 너무 많이 해야해요. 스크롤로 편하게 이동하는 기능이 있으먄 좋겠다 생각했어요.
Doesn’t work for iPhone
I downloaded this app to try to do class work on my phone, while I could read the assignment, I could add text, figures, or anything else to actually complete the assignment. This app is currently useless if you actually want to edit documents.

Broken login with email, forcing to login to Gmail within the app, still doesn’t work

No other apps have issues keeping me logged in. Just this app. And it’s barely usable for anything once logged in.
Poor Cancellation Policy and Customer Support
I would not recommend Figma based on my experience. Their cancellation policy is confusing, and even after cancelling my subscription, I later received renewal notices and charges that I was not expecting. It feels very difficult to manage subscriptions with confidence.
What is even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. When I contacted them to report the issue and request assistance, I did not receive a helpful response. Customers should not have to worry about unexpected renewals or spend time chasing support for billing concerns.
Figma has some useful features, but the subscription management and customer service experience have been disappointing. Before signing up, make sure you carefully review the cancellation and billing policies to avoid surprises.

Built for investors
Figma no longer cares about building for the needs of their actual users: designers. Now they’re building for investors chasing whatever the latest industry hype is. It’s time for a competitor to replace them by offering a tool that meets the needs of design system professionals.
Not sure what this does
My friend is using the por version and all it does is generate a back ground and it sorta functions for some of the stuff in told it to do, but then it just jams up. It says it’s working fine, but it is not and we are not sure how to move it along or what it needs to continue. Not intuitive for us.

Can’t create
The description says I can create on the go, but I can only use FigJam. I can only actually create and edit on iPad using my browser. The app is only to view and comment. I want to use my iPad to create and design since it’s my primary mobile computer.

Not intuitive, missing the purpose
The Figma app is a poor companion to the desktop app. It has limited functionality, essentially serving as a demo and a way to show and test prototypes. Even then it fails. There’s no way to see your desktop prototype settings, such as showing the device. I’m amazed at how lackluster and disappointing the experience is.
