Pasta inconsistent
Let me be clear - when the pasta is fresh, it is *incredible*. The best way to guarantee that is to order in the evening. If you order for lunch, your pasta will smell like the dirty, heated dish water that every Hobart dishwasher produces (and every food service worker knows that scent). The favorite soup is always good but it’s not vegetarian- so heads up.
The app is confusing at times. For example- if you want to order pasta primavera it will tell you all the vegetables it comes with and then give you options for adding the same exact vegetables while charging you for every option. Don’t the vegetables come with it already? There’s an option to remove vegetables so by choosing the vegetables are you adding more or if you don’t choose they won’t add the veg at all??
Finally there’s no where to give feedback in to Figo in the app. In uber eats there’s a place to log where food is missing or let them know their lunch pasta smells like Hobart dish water.
