So much potential, zero execution

The concept is purely amazing. Unfortunately that’s all it is, a concept. The ability to manipulate and pose and camera is very nice. That’s about where the positives end. There’s just simply not enough poses. Even if there were more poses, $1 per pose would be tremendously impractical, especially for people who use a lot of references on a daily basis.

Limited Poses

The app has a lot of potential, but there are only a limited number of poses and limited ability to make adjustments to those poses. Add more, and find a better way to price them.

Can’t buy new poses

Yup, just the one. Can’t buy more..Very interested to use this because unlike most poser apps, this one is a live scan-not a robotic, stiff, cgi. Wish the developers would revamp

Lacks control

This app would be amazing if you could drag and pose the figure model. You get 1 pose and must pay for each additional pose. The graphics and lighting controls are great, it would be the best app on the market if they would just give you control to pose the figure.

I cant buy another models

I cant buy another models iphone12 mini update plz

It’s not free. Lies

Listed as free to get your attention, and only comes with one pose. Every pose after that costs a dollar EACH. Just buy one of the $5 apps in the App Store. This one isn’t worth the time at all

I’ve tried this but

It’s not a really good app cause it lies

Keep looking.

This is a pathetic excuse for a pose app. I thought I’d check it out but after just a few minutes I wanted to buy it even less than before. You only get a few models, no good poses, can’t pose them yourself so it’s worthless. Don’t buy!

To the developers this looks like it might be decent with another few months of development but if you actually want money from it it needs serious improvements because this is by far the worst app of this kind that I have found so far. That means there are free apps that are 100 times better. Why pay for this when I can get a free app with better looking models, more features and I can pose them myself. If those features are available then put them in the free version so a real artist like me can actually test and see if it something I want to buy. I might have considered paying if I could create custom poses and if the full color version of the models actually looked good. Also if the color ones had a nude option.

It’s fantastic but...

I love this app and I can see something extremely excellent coming from it, i mean, the poses are vary well done and the way you can move them like that is completely amazing...but the thing that you only get so many poses and even when you pay for all of them it’s still only a few and I think I speak for everyone when I say that as an artist the limits of inspiration and something to use as a base for your work is something they prefer not to have and though the idea of it is great I think that it lacks something that would give it the full potential of this fantastic app so...
So First I think you should give it a little more rotation options because though it’s cool that you can move all most all of the character with just one slider it also means that there stuck the same pose. What I mean by that is let’s say (name) is using this app and all of the sudden wants to draw a man with one hand out and the other on his hip, well, (name) could simply take the character’s hand and put it on the hip with a simple slider. This can be done and you could even add it so it’s like the light adjuster and this could also be handy if you wanted to move the head.
Second thing is that you need to add more poses. The ones you have now are great but after a while people will get tired of the same poses
Here are a few ideas that would be really good to add:
Running pose
Walking
Jumping or feet off the ground and hands in the air
Hands on hips siting crisscross or on legs
Punching
A high kick
Arms folded
Some sort of yoga pose maybe
Hugging self (as if crying or the character is sad)
And these are just some ideas! You can change anything if you want!
The third is that if your gonna have to pay for all of the modeled poses at lest add one or two characters that are free because though it’s cool that you made it so your not having to pay for every one of them it’s still good to have at least some of it free so they can get the idea of the app.
Thank you for reading out my prospective of what you could improve on the app and I hope to see this app grow!

Poor resolution for some of the images you buy

Ironically, the free image is one of the best resolution of the images I have. Two of the three I’ve purchased of the female model are poor resolution (images #4 and #6). The images I’ve purchased of the male model seem fine, but the images I bought of the female model were a waste of money.

iOS 11.1 required

Wants to install an “older version” when trying to update, saying it requires iOS 11.1 or newer.

Last update required 11.03 and wanted to install the “older version” too. I was hoping this update would have fixed the issue.

This is on an iPad Air 2 with iOS 11.1 installed.

Used to be a great drawing reference though I agree it needs a little more unlocked (free) content. Kind of a teaser.

Won’t save to camera roll

😮

Great potential, not enough content

I was really excited when I stumbled across this app, and when I tried it out, even more so. The developers did a great job with the controls and this is the type of app, when fully developed, that could really speed up the professional illustrators workflow. Unfortunately the app is crippled by two things, a lack of available poses and a bad pricing model.

There are thousands of available pose references online, many for free. This tool is better that all of them in its ability to move the model freely, and adjust the lighting dynamically, as well as the focal length of the “camera”. This is incredibly useful! But unfortunately all of this is useless to me as there are not enough poses. This tool would need to contain a library of hundreds of poses before I could consider using it professionally. It should also have facial expressions and hand poses to be fully realized.

The UI could use some work as well, feels dated. Get rid of the textures, it just clutters things up. That’s a nitpick though.

Lastly, no one is going to pay $1 per pose. Get a huge catalog of poses then charge a subscription model for professionals, then have a light version for the tinkerers. Honestly there is a big opportunity being missed here. This could be an indispensable tool for professional illustrators.

It's really useful if you like to spend money

Does everything it tells you perfectly. But nearly every pose cost money, can't really change the body positions it's just a fix body

Yikes---prices

Each pose is $1? Maybe if you got a set of 3-5 adjustable poses for $1, I could see myself buying a lot, but right now it's not worth buying any I don't think. There are not many poses right now either. Other than all that, the options for lighting, perspective, and angle are excellent.

It would be great to provide 4 free basic poses, let people use them and they'll eventually realize how helpful it's been and will likely buy more as they need them.

Could have been so amazing

I would have paid for this app if I could move the models position to what I want it to be. But other than not being able to change her position it's a great app. I love that I can change the lighting

So freaking cool!

The lighting/shadow feature that this app offers is very helpful in getting figure drawings looking lifelike. Plus, you can get super close to the model to catch all the tiny details you wouldn't normally get unless you were standing in front of an actual figure model. As an art student, I totally appreciate this!

Great app for figure drawing

Great app for anyone who is an artist and likes to go to figure drawing classes. You are able to play with the shadows, lighting and even rotate the model so you endless options on set up. You can draw the model in different angles, it's a really cool practice tool.
