Literally won’t let me purchase anything which says all I need. Game is actually good in my opinion. Other than not being able to purchase anything. I’m going to lose out on an s character because of it.
No customer support
When migrating to FlowGame they eliminated the in-game customer support contact option and no response to messages on Facebook. The “contact us” link on their website does nothing.
Lost account
I cannot log in to my old account after come back to play, but seems like everything change after update.. plss respond team..

For a game that relies on in game purchases not letting you make in game purchases, its pretty weird, hasn’t been fixed in like a year too.

Trying to top up in game and it crashes the game, whats the point of the store then if you cant purchase anything!!!!!!! And you cant even purchase on the website because there no website with support!!! What is happening with figure fantasy!! SMH fix your game devs ASAP!!
Great game but horrific support help
So I just got back in the game 4 months ago and it logged me out and deleted all my links that my account was linked to. I’ve spent lots of time getting stuff u can’t get now. And I’ve contacted support 4 times for help in the last 4 months no answer at all. Even in the “ there discord “ no one has answered. It’s even worse when I found out they migrated stuff too which doesn’t really help anyone if they are not aware of it,
Edit: now it’s been a year with no answer from the emails I’ve sent, even the “newer emails” I was told to email no answer.

lost my old account which i had some anime collabs but i do miss my old figures , was wondering if there is going to be rerun on old collabs or new collabs with other animes!?
Unable to recover account
I recently downloaded the game to check out the new updates. But I went to log in with my account everything restarted and all my information was gone. Found out they did a update where u have to migrate ur account. And now I’m not able to contact them on their website to get all my info back

When log in on Apple Store icon it took me back to the beginning of the game what happened?
I USE TO LOVE THIS GAME
I spent several months on this game and spent nearly $100 in the app store when it had launched. Years later I never knew they did a migration and that my account and everything I had paid for and earned is now gone. Support doesn’t help either. From posting on the discord talking in game chat as well as emailing support about getting back my account I have not received any response. So if you play this game I advise you don’t use money because it feels like support is all but gone.

Do Not Spend Money
Their customer service is non-existent. I’ve been charged multiple times and haven’t received the items I paid for. Unable to get a refund as I can’t contact the developers.
