Good but hard to afford anything

It’s a very good game, been playing it for years, but the lack of money you get from challenge matches is dire. The most I can get is 74k when I’m half way through a level 11 stadium. I’m in the all star league, and I can barely afford any of my players contracts without having to spend real money on coins to buy in game money. I haven’t been able to get even close to upgrading any of my stadium or facilities for months, I find it fascinating on how I’m supposed to progress now if I don’t spend any real money on it. Feels like it gets to a point of pay to win once you want to try and stay in the all star league for a few seasons because there’s no real way to afford anything.

Pretty poor

Doesn’t acknowledge when you complete a challenge and looks for you to buy constantly. Also thins like awarding a penalty is based on football(you can score on the rebound!!!) Have persevered but it really is a rip off!!!

Needs a better GUI

Most of the games features are fine, however there should be some more customisation options like changing your club name for a cost, but most of the games elements are not very smooth.

Update issues

Gk still passes the ball out the back in game play - it’s not football (soccer)

Since the last update I now have defenders as forwards my goalkeeper playing in midfield and a defender as the gk

You can still score a rebound off a penalty stroke and there aren’t enough penalty corners

Has huge potential but you actually have to make it like the game of hockey to take it seriously - it’s just a poor man’s football manager otherwise

I hope it goes well and makes the FIH $ which they can then reinvest into the sport but gold star need to portray hockey as it’s played. Jon hockey players could get in to the sport through the game and this would be extremely confusing for them

Love it

It’s awesome to see one of these tycoon style games about the sport I actually love, and it’s just as good as any other simple sports game. However, it’s a little disappointing that the rules and vocab aren’t actually hockey based, for example my goalkeeper is somehow able to pick up the ball? It’s a great concept though and maybe in the future you could develop a game more like fifa, where we can play with the real life players.

Doesn’t work

It won’t let me press anything, I played and watched the initial 2 matches upon team creation and now on the main menu I can’t press anything.

Can’t change formation

Whenever I try to change the formation it won’t actually change and the options for the formation won’t disappear

Still bugs in the system

Since the last update the app struggles to load first time, there’s also a problem with changing formation as this doesn’t work anymore. Other than this it’s a good game with plenty of potential.

I have been looking for a hockey game to play for quite some time and then I come along this. The best possible game I could ever ask for. I’ve only had it downloaded for less than a day and I’m already addicted. For all the hockey fans out there I highly recommend downloading this amazing game.

Great game

This is a great game, i’ve always wanted some kind of hockey game to play. My only criticism is that it logs you out every time you lose connection, otherwise it’s a great game, I’m already addicted

Gam Centre Error

Similar to others I was enjoying this game; but I am no longer able to login via the game centre; which is really frustrating.
