Amazing app…
3 years ago I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis. I specifically looked for a Rheumatologist who would take a holistic approach & use drugs as the very last resort. As part of my non drug treatment I was asked to use the Fiizio app to incorporate weight bearing exercise into my weekly routine. Along with supplements, a slight change in diet but mainly by using this fantastic Fiizio app I have gained so much more strength and my Osteoporosis is now improved to the Osteopenia stage. Yes you can do the exercise without an app but using it encourages me to stay disciplined. It’s so very easy to use & to be honest I would be lost without it. My next target is to move from Osteopenia back to normal bone health & I have no doubt I will be able to do this by using Fiizio.
