Useless
The guys that gave us the shpiel over a teams meeting said this would be a one stop shop for benefits questions. I’ve tried to use it about three times asking basics like “what’s my employer’s company code?” All it does is tell me to go ask elsewhere and doesn’t even point me in the right direction. If it wants all my information it should at least demand the same from my employer so they can provide it to me when I need it.
