I moved all my files over and they will not load and now I can’t open them view them or send them and when you open them it shows a black image saying the name of the file, but not the actual pdf. Such a waste of my entire night.

1-Search engine in previous version (before redesign) was far better and so much accurate.

Author has changed the one-off buying to annual subscription. So annoyed.

Bought Pro some time ago, now have to pay for subscription… thats not fair.
Why are my features locked?
paid for this app years ago, and now all of a sudden most features are locked behind a paywall. I’m uninstalling and will never use it again. I’m better off using FE File Explorer.
Is this being supported.
I wish I good download the old version. The old version’s search feature works. Latest doesn’t. Old allows visiting the music folders in the app. The latest sometimes doesn’t unless I kill and restart the app. I really liked this until the update.

My premium function has gone
I’ve purchased the paid version of the app, after it updates to version 10, I no longer have all my premium functions, I can’t even play videos. The developer has changed it to a subscription version and that doesn’t make sense
Removed features in latest update
I paid for the pro version of the app and the developer moved all the features behind a subscription in this latest update. Do not support this developer who is trying milk money from their customers.
The service is disgusting!
I bought the full version of the program a few years ago. And now, the app suddenly asks for what I bought through a subscription. What's that supposed to mean?

I’m not too sure that what this company has done is even legal. To take money from us years ago for a fully unlocked version, and then overnight years later turning it into ‘subscription only,’ without keeping your legacy full version available for your previous loyal customers, is just plain greedy and not ethical.
For years this has been my go-to media player / file manager, and the only reason why I have kept buying iPads.
It’s been a great media storage device that I can take with me and Bluetooth to any device I have around me.
To be aloud to just take it away it features with no warning will stop me parting with any more money when buying apps.
If they are allowed to do it, will mean that any app that you have bought, now or in the past, can, without warning, be overnight turned into a useless lemon, and that’s what this ‘file manager app’ now is.

Was better before
Just recently updated app and lost all my playlists created previously, as well as a lot of the functionality. It feels like a different app… a worse app. I used to use it a lot but now I think I’m going to switch to something else…
