App sucks
Keeps wanting me to download the app to be able to download the file and it won’t let me download the file and I put my sign in. I’ve signed up. I’ve done everything I know to do and it won’t work so your app sucks. I’m trying to register my product, but I’ll make sure GE knows about this. Cause you people suck you have no Customer Service! I will not be using you and I will make sure GE knows about it!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Doesn’t work to the point of it being completely useless on my IPhone 13 Pro Max… so my guess it anything newer than that will have issues running this piece of crapware on their phone as well.

I like this file folder on my apple iPad this new file folder on my apple iPad works grate my new apple iPad still in good shape and still works I can stream Disney plus - YouTube - ABC -ABC-2 - pandora radio - nick -prime video and more .

Malware/Spyware
My ex-husband had this app remotely downloaded on all of my electronics to engage in stalking and unlawful surveillance of all my app activities and downloaded message logs, emails, etc. it's completely the worst type of personal invasion and can be remotely downloaded and goes through your iCloud and or carrier cloud and cannot be removed! This company/this app should be BANNEEd (looks like a "normal" file folder and is monitoring everything on your phone and you don't even know it-for sick people only to spy on others.

Can’t email over 4.8 MB
I’ve never had issues sending files over 4.8 MB or higher until as of recent.. is there a fix for this? Ive contacted your support site and the link seems to be broken and the website has not been up to date since 2015.
Missing Features
This App is great in its display and presentation of folders, files and documents, BUT The 2 issues I have is that (1) I can’t get pdf and word documents that are Password Protected to Open and (2) the ability to RENAME FILES / documents/photos. Give me that and I’ll give all 5 stars.

I don’t ever write reviews for apps but I thought I would give it a shot. I think the app is pretty cool but my learning curve isn’t as high as it used to be but I still like the idea of having an app that organizes files.
