Can’t connect to a basic SMB share

Gave it the IP address and the login credentials (which haven’t changed in 10 years) and it can’t find the server.

Will not read network drive files!

This app is a joke…
Will see files on external drive but will not read them. Kind of useless! NO support from developer, in fact the contact email is no longer working.
Save your money and do your homework like I should have.
