These people are scammers i subscribed but i cant load photos to it they say i reach my limit even after i subscribe
File guard is not actually a good app mostly it is good
Quick update I deleted all my photos. I still don’t know where are they gonna go to because they’re all deleted they shouldn’t be awfully vague about deleting this. They should tell the truth about the app because I have a bunch of screenshots in there

I paid for file storage. Had to delete the app and went to log back in and it wouldn’t let me access everything that was stored
Does Not Work
App does not work properly. Paid for a year subscription. Kept getting I had reached a limit on files message when the subscription is supposed to have unlimited storage. Customer service never responds so you get absolutely no help with a problem you might have. Had to cancel and get a refund from Apple.

Years lost
Someone help. iOS wouldn’t let me update calculator+. Now I’ve updated app and it changed, I lost everything that was there. Can I get it back?
Dysfunctional app
I personally liked the app at first it was amazing but then after I had to update the app I guess it started having bugs because I’ve lost so many files that I uploaded pictures and videos that I can’t seem to get back. Also before it let me play my videos in the app but now my videos will not play at all after I upload them I wouldn’t suggest anyone to upload calculator+

App updated after years and I cannot access it. I also cannot remember which button equals the entire button to access the hidden function.

I have used the secret calculator for years. Now it is gone completely as are all my photos that were in it. And now they are still trying to charge for the subscription! Ridiculous

When I down loaded this app and paid for it I didn’t think I would NOT be able to get I touch with someone to help troubleshoot I’ve had a problem for over 2 months and sent out a number of emails and still waiting on a response

Developer won’t respond
I’ve had the app for years, since it was named Secret Photo Calculator, then I got a new phone and they failed to update app to work with the new iOS. Everything was inaccessible. I emailed the developer and they DID NOT respond. Years later the app has been updated and renamed. My photos are still gone. I emailed developer again…. THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. Now I’m just very angry that a company can offer a service, but fail it’s customers like this.
