Horrible Customer Support
They do not care about the mobile app and if you want to use IPC documents your at their mercy.
Would think a company that supports 100,000+ customers worldwide does not care about its own image.
Can’t wait until a new solution comes out to get paired with IPC so their workflow can actually be usable in this century.

Worthless
Only open one page at a time by selecting bubble. No means to scroll from page to page.
Can’t Open Anymore
This app worked fine for the first 6 months I had it. Then all of a sudden, I can no longer open my File. I tried contacting their support team, but to no avail. Unfortunately, you can’t call them, but have to File a Ticket, thereby making it easy to ignore, which they have done now for over a week when promising a 24 hour response time.

Couldn’t open the file
Prompt “Error contacting Permission Server”. Please help update the app to be used in the newer version for iPad OS….
Basically impossible to open something
Not able to open files as there is nowhere to do it
Crucial functionality missing
It opens the files as expected but the ability to actually work with documents is heavily reduced without any markup features (e.g. highlighter and underline in different colours, comment). The addition of those would be highly appreciated.

Hopeless - defeats the point of a portable app
Needs internet access to open files - unable to check files when outside 4G range or inside tunnels.
Annotations are NOT possible.
Viewing settings will default on every re-open of the same app.
Pointless app and very limiting licensing.
