Terrible App
The app crashed and not it does not open. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I rebooted. Nothing seems to work.

Correction to my other review
I downloaded something and now it’s just gone I can’t get to it and it’s gone I wanted that file. I have to open the file and manually save it to Files for it to actually go there. The file is gone forever now :( there is a downloads folder, but it just is not there
Terrible Backwards
Apple trying to force its own nonsensical way to file structure.
Unreliable and Annoying
This is the most frustrating native apple app to use. It’s frighteningly annoying when you just saved a document, and you have to struggle to find it in the Files app. This is the WORST APP I HAVE EVER USED. FIX THIS PLEASE! I don’t understand why it’s so hard to fix!
can never find anything
There’s so much wrong with this app, Apple should just remove it honestly. Or FIX IT. how long are you going to ignore all the terrible reviews of this app? Sigh.
My biggest issue, though, is the search. I search for files so many times and it tells me the file doesn’t exist, but when I go through my files myself without the search, I find the file…so why the heck am I using the app to store files I can’t even find?
I stopped using it years ago and switched to documents by readdle, which is so much better. But it’s like Apple insists on making us use this dysfunctional app cause I can’t receive documents on airdrop without having this app as an intermediary. Stupid.

5Star GARBAGE Worst than Microsoft
Apple hires the dumbest morons Seriously who build a pile of trash that has all the functionality of 1980’s Texas Instruments Calculator.
You forgot some things.
Unlike photos, there’s no option to manage space from the settings app. Why does the file opener in other apps not allow you to rename the file? AND MANY PEOPLE ACCIDENTALLY REPLACE FILES THEY DON’T WANT TO. MAKE IT SO THAT REPLACED FILES CAN BE RESTORED FROM RECENTLY DELETED.
Auto filling dosent work
It’s a mess of an app can’t type in it can’t add your own words without them being to big or the keyboard just disappears

Over strict
It’s doesn’t let you get anything that’s not from play store and after removing a lot of 34 bit games they came on to add more strictness and hate to it.

Not great.
I’m a Minecraft resource pack creator and I regularly need to zip and unzip files, this app can’t do it I have to get sketchy file explorers because I’m unable to use file extensions and edit .mcpack’s. I am on iOS 15.8 I can’t update my phone anymore and I can’t get documents on my phone, Please fix your app.

I find it okay but..
Maybe a skip button just for the songs and put the songs in different apps maybe instead of the chosen apps maybe.. I don’t know but it looks like it needs updating or something 😅🙂
So trash but feels like the only option
I don’t know if there is a simpler way to download documents on an iPhone, but seesh this app is an absolute nightmare to navigate. The search function never works, the “recents” tab also doesn’t work. I struggle so much to just understand where I am in the app and it’s just so not user friendly.
Must do better
This app is so bad you wonder if anyone at Apple uses it.
