Constantly crashing
This app used to be fairly stable. The latest updates have changed that. Under general settings, trying to setup fileshare defaults closes the app. File receive seems to work but have not tested this extensively.
When setting up a fileshare link, advanced settings immediately closes the app. I have not been able to perform filesharing as a result.
Kindly fix this

Best file share and storage app I’ve used
I have used a lot of file sharing and cloud storage apps but Filesanywhere is a solid, stable and easy to use app. I love that I can send a fax if needed. I wish there was a single user account for small users. I have had an account for maybe 15 years and love it!

Difficult to login
Asks for face ID then says invalid token. Frequently difficult to open app. Can’t be used as a reliable service.
Best Cloud storage I’ve found
I’ve been using FilesAnywhere for a long time now, well over three years. It is the best online, cloud storage solution I have found. Naturally there’s the online storage which can be split into folders but it’s the other extra functions that makes FilesAnywhere stand out, such as the ability to send a link to a folder or file for others to access....... sure others can do this, but it also monitors the usage and you can set up limits such as duration of availability etc. Then there’s the ability to allow others to send files to your storage space...... in the current climate (Coronavirus 19) this is proving so useful. I’m still finding new ways to use FilesAnywhere and I’m sure I won’t be disappointed.

Reliable, with good support
I’ve used FilesAnywhere for several years a now, uploading backup files to their servers several times a day. When support has been needed, they’ve always responded helpfully and promptly.
Only reason for not giving 5 stars is I’d like a few more filter and sorting options in the app

Log in
Immediately asks for log in credentials which no new user has. App help simply takes you to a sales page.
VERY GOOD APP
I’ve used FilesAnywhere across many devices for many years. It remains a very valued App for me.
Consistant Access
I’ve used this for many years. I especially appreciate the faxing capabilities.
Does not work
Worked with my iPhone 7, does not work with iPhone 10. Followed all settings procedures and still it has no access to my photos or documents. Which means no faxing options.
Unusable
The app will not prompt my iPhone to grant permission to access photos and camera. I can’t do anything this way.
Steady
I have been using this app for 5-6 years with zero complaints.
What happened to the access for sent files?
At first the recent version seemed fine. Now I am having trouble with sending and no way to view sent status. Unhappy with the changes.

Can't log in
A new client can only receive files from this service. Logged into computer fine. Cannot log into iPhone 6S plus version. Error "note."
Bare bones, but works ok
FA is functional and does what it says it will do, but you have to spend a little time up front getting to understand its limitations. It's sort of like a "lite" version of Dropbox. If you have a multi level folder structure it will require you to spend some time organizing it using the Mac/PC version before the iOS version will work out all that well. Of course, if you just want to sling a small handful of files back and forth, it will do that, as will other apps. If you want accessibility of large amounts of data from your hand held, you need to link and sync the applicable data folders on your Mac/PC to the FA server and then you'll be fine. Now, this is somewhat true of Dbox and others, but it's totally the only way to get full use of FA. FA is really no frills. It had documentation, but if you're not savvy, the docs will likely be insufficient.

Went from 'meh' to worse
The previous version was bad, but at least it was functional. This one is nearly useless.
The screen resolution is far too low and everything appears giant on the screen - this causes the titles of folders and documents to be truncated and indecipherable.
This version is definitely several steps in the wrong direction

Outstanding
I am an early adopter and a very satisfied customer of many years standing. This is an ideal solution for storage, sharing, fax, and complex transaction due diligence digital data room requirements. If problems arise the personal service from live people has always fixed them.
Was good before
This was my favorite app. I'm a little disappointed that I sent 2 faxes and both times didn't go through. It said sent . Can't rely on the app anymore. Sad
