FAQ
What companies can I track with Filingo?
You can build a watchlist of any US-listed company by searching its ticker or company name across the SEC's directory. Each company entry displays its exchange and most recent report.
How often does Filingo check for new filings?
Filingo quietly checks SEC EDGAR in the background a few times a day. You will be notified when a new filing, such as a 10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K, arrives for one of your followed companies.
Can I read the filings directly in Filingo?
Yes, filings open in a clean built-in reader that loads the original document directly from sec.gov. You also have the option to open them in Safari or share them.
What financial data does Filingo provide?
Company pages include revenue, net income, and diluted EPS for the last five fiscal years, extracted from SEC filings and presented as clear trends. The app deliberately shows no market data like prices or quotes.
Does Filingo have ads?
Yes, Filingo is supported by ads. However, a single one-time purchase is available to remove all advertisements across all devices sharing your Apple ID.
What filing types can I browse?
You can browse filings by type, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, 20-F, 6-K, and Forms 3/4/5. Filings are grouped by type with counts for each, making it easy to find specific reports.
What devices is Filingo compatible with?
Filingo is available on iPhone and iPad. Your watchlist syncs across devices using iCloud, and it supports both light and dark appearances following your system settings.
Is Filingo affiliated with the SEC?
Filingo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. All data comes from the public EDGAR system and is shown as published.
