Why need for subscription?
Could have given it a 5 star but why the need for everyone to require subscriptions? An individual may just require it once or twice a year. Just charge per use, say $1 per signature, and I believe you would make more money

I wanted to sign up for the 3 free day trial and they automatically charged me 99.00 for the year. I contacted them right away with no response and denial of the refund. Please be careful when using this app. Total rip off

TERRIBLE
The app does not work properly. It’s not user friendly I ended up using another app and never used this one after my first attempt. It cuts the information you’re trying to enter. On top of that I chose the option to subscribe to a monthly plan after the free trial and they charged the whole year anyway.
