About

Fillbook is a trading journal for options and futures traders who want a faithful record of what they actually did. Most journals show a four-leg iron condor as four unrelated fills. Fillbook groups executions into positions, follows rolls across expiries, and keeps expiration and assignment visible even when there is no closing fill. Then it gives you a review you can use. Write the rules you trade by and see adherence across your own book: timing, size, DTE, loss limits, profit targets, and cooldowns. Fillbook surfaces recurring behavior without comparing you to an imaginary perfect exit or reporting forgone profit. Bring a Robinhood account activity export, a thinkorswim Account Statement export, or another CSV with explicit execution columns. Fillbook keeps the raw source row, normalizes symbols and timestamps, and lets you review uncertain groupings before they become part of your journal. What you get: • Positions instead of disconnected execution rows • Support for verticals, iron condors, strangles, straddles, ratios, and rolls • A review queue for uncertain groupings • Realized P&L from fully closed positions, counted on the closing date • Rule-based adherence review built around your own process • Insights about sequence, structure, and timing grounded in your actual sample • A journal for notes beside the position they explain • Local-first persistence for your journal • A sample book so you can explore the workflow before importing anything Fillbook is for options and futures traders who want better records, better questions, and less hindsight theater. Terms of Use (Apple Standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ ## What's New in This Version Fillbook 1.2 is now a single $9.99 purchase. • Import fills from Robinhood, thinkorswim, or explicit-column CSVs • Group executions into positions and review uncertain groupings • Track rolls, expiration, assignment, and partial closes correctly • Review realized P&L from fully closed positions on the dates they closed • Review your trades against rules you wrote yourself • Keep notes and a durable local journal beside the book • Explore the full workflow with the included sample book ## App Review notes Fillbook opens into onboarding. Tap “Look around with sample data first” to explore the complete workflow without a broker account or purchase. The sample book contains 246 fills and 53 positions, then walks through the review queue, insights, and purchase screen. The app does not require a broker login. Import is performed from a locally selected Robinhood account activity export, thinkorswim Account Statement export, or explicit-column CSV. Partially closed positions remain open and are excluded from realized P&L totals until fully closed. The one-time purchase unlocks the journal after the free sample workflow; Restore Purchases is available on the purchase screen.
