Crashes when accessing menu sidebar
Had to log in 3 times and avoid navigating via sidebar menu just to reorder two of my meds. Ridiculous!
Worked great, one time.
My compounding pharmacy switched to this app for easy refill requests. Now, when trying to log in, the app said my account didn’t exist. So, I try to create one. Nope, you already have an account. Ok, well now when I try to sign in, I get an error message saying my username or password is incorrect. Fine, I’ll select “Forgot Password”. Nope, can’t do that either - the app just freezes. I’ll stick to contacting the pharmacy directly as the app is useless.

Always says “DOB is a required field” even when it’s filled out. Can’t log in.
Never works
Useless app. Never works.
Does not deserve one star
This app is less than useless. It’s a constant guessing game as to whether my prescriptions are ready or not. No really useful information available.
Fails to load
It only ever says “ Object reference not set to an instance of an object”
