What's New in FilmFridge

1.3

May 1, 2026

** Disposable/Single-use Cameras FilmFridge now tracks single-use cameras as a first-class film type. Add them to your Fridge, tap Start to begin shooting, return them mid-roll with a frame note, and send them to the lab when you're done — no camera picker, no push/pull, no friction. Enable Disposable Cameras in Settings → Options. ** Settings Sync App settings now sync across devices alongside your film inventory. Toggle a feature on one device, and it appears on your others within seconds. Custom locations carry over, too. ** ISO Label Clarity Rolls in all views now show a stock's original ISO when you're shooting at box speed, and "Shot ISO" when you've rated it differently. No more ambiguity about which value you're looking at. ** Fixes and improvements * Deleting a custom location that has rolls assigned now asks for confirmation and returns those rolls to the Fridge rather than orphaning them. * Fixed the handling of certain special characters in film stock names that caused them to be "locked". * Improved German translation.

User reviews

Bravo, sooo good!!

Highly recommend this app for analog / film photographers of all levels. Keeps track of your roll inventory, from purchase/storage/camera loading to developing. Even tracks film expiration dates (with enabled notifications offered). I was using a pocket notebook, but having it on my phone is next level!

Thank you! Keep watching for more updates.

Great solution to a problem many film photographers have

I love having the space to keep track of all my inventory with expiry dates and all. It really helps me remember what I need to get or what I’m low on or what’s getting close to going bad.

Response from developer

We'll keep working to make all of that even better. Thank you for the support!

Very promising start

The project still needs some improvements, but it’s already now very helpful to keep an overview over your fridge content

Response from developer

We will keep improving it. Thank you for your support!

Carefully crafted by enthusiast

This app is a wonderful example of built by people who care and the want the tool. Ive given a good bit of feedback and a majority of it has been considered and implemented. Like many film enthusiasts I have film all over the place and this is a great way to track and inventory my “collection”

Response from developer

Yes, we know that pain. Thank you for helping us get better!
