Great, but…
This is an excellent app, but, it cannot be used when you’re off-line. That is a serious defect. You might wanna wait to buy this app until it is available off-line wherever you want to go.

I usually never write reviews on apps cause who cares but I would love to see this issue fixed. I love the app and use it all the time but during my trip to burning man where I had no cell service or connection, i learned the hard way that the app fails to open if your phone isn’t connected to any kind of cell or internet, rendering it unusable, even to access your video library.
Huge shame, I’ve since moved to the blackmagic cam app for a much more worry free experience. + you can shoot open gate pro res raw, still lacking on this app

Assisti aos vídeos de influenciadores e confiei na proposta. Paguei CARO pela versão VITALÍCIA com a promessa de acesso completo a todos os recursos, incluindo áudios e bibliotecas de som.
Pra minha surpresa, a empresa simplesmente DESATIVOU os áudios do nada e agora quer me empurrar uma NOVA assinatura para ter de volta o que já foi pago.
Isso é PRÁTICA ABUSIVA e PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA prevista no Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Art. 37). Vender um produto vitalício e depois mutilar as funções é ROUBO.
Se forem fazer isso, devolvam meu dinheiro. Não comprem esse app, eles mudam as regras do jogo depois que você paga. Vergonhoso!

Use Black Magic Instead
FP gives you a week to try it, then charge you $10/wk which is INSANE. Also, the app won’t open unless connected to the internet which is shady. Black Magic app is free, does the same thing, and doesn’t require internet to track you. Never using this app again. I want my $40 back. Thieves.

Stopped being good
Transferring files to camera roll stopped working on iPhone XS Max , I have to upload it to a shared album and pray it will work and then 1 out of 10 times hope the shared cloud album will allow me to transfer back to my phone
Insanely powerful video shooting app for iOS for 10+ years
This is arguably the #1 best most powerful video shooting app for iOS the past 10 years. Others have come and gone but this one seems to remain king. If there’s anything better than this, it can’t be by much.
Subscriptin Differences?? Where’s app support?
I’ve avoided making this review but gosh, I am struggling to understand the differences in all these different subscription options! I tap “Apo Support” and there’s no existing page. Geez, can there please be ab explaination on “Creator” subscription & “Director” subscription? If no help, I’ll delete this app ASAP.

Filmic Pro isn’t what it used to be
Their tech support is non-existent. I put in a support ticket because their delog LUTs on their website leads to a broken link so you can’t even access them and those are needed to delog the files I captured. I tried on multiple browsers. 48 hours later and not a peep from their support team other than an AI bot that was useless. Do not buy this app. There are better options out there now like the BlackMagic Camera app.
