What's new in 1.4.2 • Match Photo: point Filmode at a photo whose colour you love — a film scan, a still from a film, anything — and it rebuilds that colour on the photo you're editing, tone curve and colour cast together. Hold to compare, then keep it as a LUT that works in the camera, in video and in batch. • Film Roll: load 12, 24 or 36 frames and shoot blind — no preview, no deleting, just the counter going down. When the roll is finished it develops right away, in three hours, or at eight the next morning, and comes back all at once as a contact sheet. A 12-frame roll is free. • 100 new looks in six packs: Film Stock, Cine Grade, Street, Portrait, Travel and Retro Digital. • Five Pro optics that behave like the glass they're named after: Anamorphic flare, Pro-Mist diffusion, Tilt-Shift, Aerochrome infrared and Zoom Burst — each with its own controls, marked the way the real filter is. • A more serious camera: switch between the ultra-wide, wide and telephoto lenses right on the frame; shutter speeds long enough for a tripod, with frames stacked so water turns silky; keep a RAW negative; a focus loupe while you focus by hand; long-press to move focus without moving exposure; and a waveform and RGB parade beside the histogram. • On iPad, Match Photo and Film Roll set the photo beside its controls, and the whole app now honours Reduce Motion.
