Lifetime purchase?
I bought this about 5 years ago, pre-AI. I was told that if paid like $60, I would have lifetime access, so I did. But now I have to pay? I guess the Chinese buyout means they don't honor any one time "lifetime" purchases from the early Wondershare days. I like the app, but I don't like the way my "one time payment for life" no longer applies.

This app is good at first then over time it just gets terrible it starts stopping on you and just not working and it’s very annoying and frustrating
Filmora Took My Payment and I still unable to use the app to create videos
I paid twice it is showing in my account that Filmora took my payments. That were both $19.99 for the last 4 day. Filmora is not giving me my 800 credits/tokens. Whatever you want to call it, which I paid for It not giving me the total of 800 tokens. I’m not able to use the app at all because then I don’t have credit/tokens and then it wants me to pay again. I’m not doing that. I’m going to ask for my refund back. This is a rip off. They have my money but I don’t have the product. And no one from Filmora is responding. This is not good customer service in my opinion. And I’ve been with them for years.

Not impressed
Not impressed Buggy software when I used this. It can’t even export a simple dissolve between two video clips total movie 30 seconds. A free 30 day trial for full access is fair, in order to allow us to really see what this app is capable of. Only because you want to charge people forever to use this app. I guarantee the subscription base model will fail people don’t want to endlessly pay for something that they should have been able to have the whole time with a one time payment or stop being greedy and lower it to $12 per year.
Anyways I will stick with free iOS iMovie. I will look for other alternatives, I will find another way. You are not the only video editing software out there. I vote with my wallet, and give my money to someone else.

При покупке подписки указана кроссплатформенность! Но при этом ресурсы куплены только для мобильной версии. При отправке проекта на пк версию, экспорт произвести не получится, потому что те же инструменты там уже платные. В итоге кроссплатформенность потеряла свой смысл! На все обращения, отписка что кроссплатформенность это всего лишь право войти под вашим мылом во все версии приложения, но никак не покупку этих версий. В итоге я бы купил пожизненную версию, и отдельно инструменты, а в итоге получил введение в заблуждение. Отказаться от подписки можно только через аппстор, фильмора не может вернуть деньги!

I was just on this morning 3 days after I got it and it removed my photos and i couldn’t change it on settings

It’s a really good app and I see the potential of the app but there’s too many things hidden behind premium or pro. I’m not paying $10 a month or 40 whatever dollars a year so please at least take away some stuff from premium and pro but otherwise it’s pretty good.

Horrible app!
This has to be the worst app I have ever downloaded !!! Every time I try to modify a video it crashes! When I finally do make it through to download it never downloads sits on 0% and never moves! Do not waste your money. Any app worth it’s salt should offer a seven day free trial.

Terrible do not download
This app went from high quality good editing absolutely no laggy editing to only AI and very laggy quality with terrible range of editing. Big mistake getting this app just save your storage. I can’t make a single video or skit with this app without it pausing every three seconds and without it just not working at all and not cooperating. Just don’t get this app or the other “normal” app. Just no Filmora.

画像から動画作成しようとするとシ一時的なシステムエラーと出ては作成できない。再インストールやスマホ再起動でも効果なし。どうなってる？対策願います。

Perpetual License
This is a wonderful app! How do I purchase the perpetual license, though? It is advertised as an in app purchase; but I cannot figure out how to do that.
Crazy
Tried using again and the editing has froze. Its so frustrating when I was half way through editing. I have had problems every time I use.
Cheap but ineffective
Video and audio out of sync. Customer service is all AI and no human to talk to.

Je me suis abonné 1an pour faire un film de vacances… simple… du derushage, des transition… quelques sous-titres rien de bien sorcier… je l ai pris pour l autocut des rush… sans rentrer dans les détails ça ne marche pas ! Avec l abonnement tu as 200 point « d ia » pourquoi pas si l appli te génère un truc sympa… mais là même un titre sans aucun effet coûte des points d ia !!!!! Du coup bon pour faire le dérushage moi même comme sur iMovie … et à la fin mon film m a coûté 110 points d ia … pour une bande son sans intérêt et 5 titres !!!! bref aucun intérêt… iMovie est suffisant.. sauf si vous voulez faire des trucs en ia complètement kitch et deja vus qui vous coûteront tout vos points d ia en 20secondes … et engraisser l éditeur en rachetant des crédits d ia !!! À fuir !!!
