Missing sound and video
I bought the pro years ago. I made great little slideshows. And, now 2024, no sound on the Pro and on the free version no slide showing. Just the edit page. What happened?

Not working
I used to enjoy using film story. Earlier I was using the free version and it was working just fine. All of sudden, all of the videos I was editing disappeared. I’ve tried uploading from scratch again and again, it seems to be not working any longer.
Now I thought maybe because it was the free version, maybe it was time to upgrade it to $3.99 version so I’ve purchased it and tried editing again. But no, absolutely nothing is working anymore.
I’m so frustrated, I’ve been trying to contact this developer but there is no option for it. I want my money back and for it to work again.

This is a great tool to create a video. I wish there was a way to send this to my Facebook page the video I created.
