Very poor service to tutors
This is the worst tutoring app that ever exists .you dont get a chance to give sessions you rarely get the calls and those call do not get answered because somebody else takes them what the like you rarely get 1 call in 2-3 days . what do you wanna earn. 10 rs ?? In 2 days ..dont go for itt . It raises your expectations only but doesn’t work

I have never seen such and absurd or stupid support system of any online teaching application. Many students come on this app to harass female teachers and give bad rating if you dont reply them or give your contact number. After complaining to the customer care/support system they start to review your account and address like this incident was only one time please dont say bad to premium students and ask teachers to be in their limit. This is what Filo treat their female teachers. Pathetic app

Unable to accept call on iPad.
Dear filo team, I am unable to accept the call on my iPad. Already checked that the filo tutor is updated to the latest version. And I have a well stable Internet connection too. After accepting the call twice, the call automatically gets rejected showing the call again option on screen. Please fix the issue. Lot of filo tutor ios app users are facing the same glitch. Plz plz & plz fix this issue as soon as possible. Thanks.

BEWARE!
They created a tutor profile using my name and credentials with a picture of someone else! They have been informed and said they would take it down, but it is still up. They gave me no explanation or apology for it. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION TO THIS COMPANY! It is not safe!
Two genuine problems.
Firstly is that have to pick up calls twice which wastes time and the calls gets forwarded/ picked up by another tutor.
Secondly we don’t get the pay for those seconds which don’t make up a minute even if the session is ending at 59th second.
Hoping to see a change soon.

Account freeze
I’m unable to access my account because I haven’t attend the orientation programme but I’m unable to understand where to find the orientation programme

BE CAREFUL
After signing up with this company and submitting my personal documents I started receiving ALOT of spam calls and emails. I had to change my phone number
Crashes
The amount of crashes that I have got as an user are immense and really effective experience. I wish that not crashed as many times as it does. and then it goes to say that I’ve network issues.

I wish there was a way to post pictures on here but this company pays u per minute that you teach lol not per hour like they do here in America. But it would help if this company was American which they are not! Maybe if we got get in rubies like they do in India then maybe it would be worth it lol !

Very poor performance in iPad
I request to filo to sort out the problem in iPad . In iPad question is not visible at first it requires to pick up the call two times .so either the team will solve these issues or remove the app from apple App Store.

This company is not legit! They say they pay per contract or then change it to 80 hrs in the month, then when it comes to getting paid u have ur 80 hrs but then they tell u that you only accepted 5 calls in the month then they change ur pay. Bottom line do not waste your time!!!
First month yes I got the 500$ but second kind was 250$ and this month 15! Which is crap! I wasted 270 hrs this last three months! Did not get paid what I was promised! Horrible horrible company

Not genuine app , At the end you face fraud with filo tutor
Hii everyone if you seriously need work and you search for part time work then you can do anything but don’t use filo tutor Never use because at the end you can be blocked or suspended and also no payment gives you for your efforts , Already this happens with many tutors ,at that time you gone in depression but company not hear you so please don’t use there is no value for your efforts

Every time you receive an question it just get back to the homepage of iPad and get disconnected .
ISSUE WITH APP
App isn’t able to detect my location. Due to which, I am unable to get online and connect to students.
