Game crashes & Support button is disabled

Title says it all… I’ve been playing for about 20 mins and the game has crashed twice. After spending 5+ mins on 2 stages to end up having to restart from the beginning on both is preposterous. I rarely write reviews especially bad ones, but when I went to settings for support and found out the button had been disabled I had to reach out somehow. Please get it together and don’t have in game purchases unless you have decent latency. Good day to you.
