The hint and skip are not working in the hotel scenes. There is no map included. I enjoy games that offer custom difficulty; this one has 3 choices. The instructions for some of the mini games are not clear.

So GLITCHY!!!
Kept crashing and sometimes would start over with my inventory totally wiped out and sometimes it would start me over with inventory from future scenes. Come on, you've done enough of these, why still glitchy???

Awesome game
I loved this game thought it was better and more advanced than the others unique HOS like no other loved the story and graphics and music also not annoying to hear. Can't wait for swquel
Slightly disappointing
I love this series, especially the first one. But this was quite a let down. Most of the minigames were way too simplistic. It was irritating that the minigames and most hidden object scenes were too small. I also wish there was the ability to zoom in and out of the various scenes.
The saving grace of the game is the plot. I really liked it. I actually liked this plot better than the second game's storyline. So, because of that, the game gets four stars.
Oh, and just to state- I did not have the freezing and crashing problems that other reviews mentioned.

Great until unlocked
What a total rip off, paid to unlock the game and now won't load at all, shame on you big fish 👎
Don't believe the hype, it's crap.
Some of the big fish are excellent and truly worth paying for, some are ok and others are just plain crap. This one is just plain crap.
Crashes!
Another 'Big Fish Games' game that crashes after paying to unlock the full content. Love these games but feel ripped off!
Enjoyable....
One glitch was that I would occasionally have to exit the game and restart my iPhone for an area to work (ex. Getting the ladder to come down). Other than that it was fun, a good way to relax and had an interesting story line.
