Crashing and restart

Game crashes daily and restarts all your progress. Developers said they are working on a bug fix but didn’t correct it on the last update. It actually got worse.

All they can say is delete the app and reload. After trying this multiple times daily for a week, still can’t recover either of my profiles.

Can’t log in anymore

I’ve played this game for several months. Liked it, but for over a month now I haven’t been able to log in and play.
I see updates to the game but I still can’t get past the server page. I click to join and it just leaves me at a black screen now.

Good game but…..

The game itself is good, but it’s way too glitchy. It definitely crashes a lot and you don’t get the rewards. You’re supposed to get a been playing for a couple of days now and I was really getting into it until I noticed I was not getting my summons cards. Literally this is holding me back from leveling up any further. I’m at level R 35 and cannot progress because the sum in cards will no longer stay in my items support. Please fix this as I do enjoy the game, but if I can’t level up, I’m just going to uninstall.

The game started out really fun. But, as others are complaining about.. the nonstop game crashes are ridiculous. If it gets fixed it’ll be a fun game.

SCAM do yourself a favor and buy a console

First of all you will regularly lose your progress and the only thing that customer support will tell you is to uninstall and reinstall but that never works. The game crashes 6-10 times per day. Support has no solutions for anything. The gallery, where it shows you what you need to evolve a character to the next form, is inaccurate. None of the information in game is accurate. Next: You HAVE to pay to play if you want to do anything and they make it more expensive every day. For the best characters in the game you have to spend more than 600 dollars and that was before they changed it to this new system now it costs $350 for 1. Next: There is a huge disparaging gap between free players and pay to play, and if you didn’t pay to before this week, you’re never going to get anywhere. You can’t get level up material without paying. You can’t advance levels without paying. You can’t unlock rewards without paying. You can’t compete in monthly events without having paid for all of the best characters because you won’t win any fights. Finally: I’m pretty positive that they do not pay for the DBZ licensing.

I’ve spent money on this game. Everything was going fine until it crashed and ‘reloaded’ resource packs and now it’s a weird garbage game and all my stuff is gone.

Where did my money go

SCAM!!!!!!! Played for about a week, spent at least $100 and they’ve changed the entire game! Absolutely ripped off of all progress and don’t know where my in game cosmetics went.

Game crashes lost paid for items

I have bought gems to spend on draws. When I tap the draw icon the game crashes I lose my gems and gain nothing. When brought to the attention of costumer service they say I received shards you don’t get shards from summons you get characters a couple of them were my twentieth summon were I was supposed to receive a guaranteed ssr or sssr hero and again I received nothing. Please fix issue I will not be spending anymore money on this game unless refunded for my draws. Also when I downloaded this game it said 100 free summons I never got that.

Game crashes far too much and there isn’t any support to help. I don’t advise to rate this too high. Please return the money I invested since I can not play the game and enjoy it.

Entirely different game last week

I played this for a few days and really enjoyed it.
When I returned to pick back up where I left off, it was an entirely different kind of game. I’m not sure how or when it changed, but i enjoyed the former version.

The game is crashing

I was playing the game a few days in a row almost a week and it started crashing today. All the time every time I tried to open and play it at different times. Can you look into it ASAP so I don’t have to uninstall the app and update it

I haven’t been able to redeem any of the codes I’ve found, I also haven’t been able to find out how to find more codes.
So far the game play isn’t terrible. Lots to do so it kills the repetition

Crashes a lot

Would give 5 star based on the game itself and character list. The game crashes a lot. It gets frustrating how much it crashes. I will play it then when it crashes back to back to back I just give up on it. Needs a lot of bug fixes.

Constant crashing and only half rewards

Every time I spend any money I do not get the bonuses. For instance it says “bonus diamonds for first buy” purchased 3 different packs and did not receive the bonuses. It will say “recharge diamonds to recieve __” and I spend the money and only get half of what it promises. This game is so broken, it crashes before I can get to the load screen or contact in game support. While trying to get to said screen game will crash and I have to try and load back in. There is no way to clear the cache that is easy to find. I have a 30 second screen recording with 15 game crashes that I can’t send in because it won’t load long enough for me to do anything. And the wild part is that this is only on iPhone so it’s not like everyone is playing.

THIS GAME IS A SCAM REPORT IT

They completely changed the game overnight took away everyone’s stuff it’s a totally new game it’s like going from a well developed rpg ish game to a high school computer project done by someone who doesn’t even care about the class over night everything gone
