Quote with the borrower's priorities in front of you Every deal on Financelobby carries the priorities the broker and borrower set - how much rate matters, whether recourse is negotiable, how fast they need to close. Until now a lender had to remember all of that while filling in a quote. Now Financelobby tells you as you type. When a value you enter works against something they flagged as important, a note appears directly under that field explaining the conflict. Each one is labelled with how much it matters to them - Deal Breaker, Very Important or Important - so you can tell a hard no from a nice-to-have at a glance. Priorities they marked as flexible stay out of your way entirely. Notes cover rate, leverage, recourse, fees, interest-only period, prepayment penalty and time to close, and they work across purchase, refinance, construction and permanent-loan quotes. Anything you've considered and decided against can be dismissed, and it stays dismissed. Before you publish, a summary card gathers up everything still outstanding in one place, along with how many quotes you have left on the deal - so nothing comes as a surprise after the fact.
