House Affordability: Refinance calculator with break-even analysis, closing cost estimates, and home equity now factored into down payment scenarios. Spending Tracker: Month-over-month trend chart, recurring transactions that auto-log each month, and improved CSV import with mobile banking guidance. Tax Estimator: Self-employment income (SE tax), child tax credit, and married filing jointly now correctly combines both salaries.
