Exactly the mortgage rate analysis tool I was looking for. Must have App!!

Amazing very user friendly tool that allows you to monitor live mortgage rates, perform analysis and contact agent only when you ready to apply. It completely removed my dependency of calling agent to get the current rates and decide if refi makes sense. The best part of this tool is the Amortization schedule with slider bar which tells you how much you will save in interest / number of years in longer run based on the extra monthly payments.
I am so excited about this tool that i use it frequently to compare current rates to my mortgage.

This is a excellent app if you are in market for home mortgage or refinance. App tells you various possibilities without asking any personal data and you can keep track of your live rates daily.

Amazing App!

Amazing app!! I talked to many lenders and was frustrated that no one could provide mortgage analysis that this app provides in seconds. I am surprised that there was no app that could perform analysis on live rates. Finbothub definitely fills that gap and is a must have for all home borrowers.
