Thanks for your feedback. Find A Treat only shows vendors who are currently live and sharing their location, so if there aren’t many active in your area, the map can look quiet. We’re adding more vendors across London every week, and we hope you’ll see many more nearby soon. Thanks for giving us a try! 🍦

App keeps freezing
It tracks us for a while and then freezes.
Tried turning location off live 360 in case it’s interfering and makes no difference.
Great concept but doesn’t work for us 😔

We know how frustrating that must be, especially when customers are trying to follow your location in real time. One thing that’s really important is making sure “Precise Location” is turned ON in your phone settings for Find A Treat, as this can affect how accurately the app updates your live location in the background. We’re also continuously improving background tracking across different devices and settings to make the experience more reliable for vendors and customers. Love that you like the idea, but really sorry about the experience 🙏 The map updates in real time, but only when vendors are actively sharing their location, so if they’re stationary or not updating it can look like nothing’s moving. That said, it shouldn’t feel that slow, we’ll take this on board. Please let us know if you’re still experiencing issues 🍦

No ice cream

Hey there, Thanks for your feedback, we’re sorry you didn’t find any ice cream nearby. We’ve taken your comments on board, and in our latest update, you can now toggle ‘Show treats on map’ to see exactly where vendors are on the map. We’re still growing our network across the UK, and more treats are joining all the time. We hope you’ll check back soon and find something sweet near you!
