Deceptive “3 day free trial”

I saw that they were offering a three day free trial for the app so I downloaded it accepted it and then I was immediately charged $9.99. My bank confirmed it. I was hoping to try the app before I was charged based on the advertising for three day free trial. But something’s going on and seems very fishy that they charged me immediately even though stating it’s a three day free trial. I do need a refund and I have in good authority. This will be dealt with if it’s not returned to me once somebody realizes the error… I’m hoping it was an error… the pricing also said $6.99, so nothing is lining up with this company’s claims.
