Useful but not great
If you add a comment to a report to update it, the status changes to “closed” so I’m no longer sure if my report is active or not. Also I NEVER remember the name of the app, even as I type this I’ve already forgotten it, I always have to go to the App Store and search for tower hamlets
Accuracy of locations is an Issue
The map function regularly states the wrong street, and cannot be easily changed. Please consider adding What Three Words functionality.
Useless
A complete waste of time; made multiple reports for graffiti etc and nothing ever happens; have had outstanding reports for over a year; please can the council use tax payer money to provide services and not just waste it
Nil Action
I’ve reported numerous items via the app, they have all either been ignored or status’s changed to closed with no action or response given. Shame on you Tower Hamlets Council, don’t create reporting system and never actually follow up on reports.

Ok idea but some bugs
When leaving a report it is not possible to change the map location which means reports submitted have the wrong data on them.

Take a photo, add a short description, the app finds your location and then done.
The Clean Team normally arrives within 24 hours and sort everything out.

Resident of Tower hamlets
The Fifili app is a brilliant idea and provides a superb and interactive service with the tower hamlets council. Every time I have used with with an issue, I have received a prompt and direct response. Personally I think all councils should adopt this app as it really does help the community and makes my street a nicer place to live!

Mmmmm
Very basic app that allows you to take a photo with your camera or use one already in your album, include gps location data, then creates an email to Tower Hamlets.
Replies just come by email.
Now this could be a better app but the real issue is at the Tower Hamlets end.
Receive email to tell me the job has been passed to a contractor (usually within 24hrs) but the job doesn't get done.
Have re-reported issues many times and tried to chase up issues but nothing.

Would be ok if LBTH actually responded
A very basic app, used by myself and other locals to highlight piles of rubbish on our street. I received a response weeks ago, still nothing done to clear up the chronic rubbish problem.
Brilliant app
Really love this way of telling my local council when something needs fixing. They react very quickly and reply to you!
