Items don’t show

My devices show on my iPhone and Apple Watch but my items (wallet, keys) only show on my iPhone but not my watch.
I’ve tried everything. Turning Bluetooth on and off. Turning phone and watch on and off. Deleting and re downloading My Items app. Force stopping app and trying again. Nothing works. Really poor considering I’m using AirTags and not third party solutions.

Lack of precision finding

App is great to find items but lacking when you nearby
I would love to see precision finding with arrow like on iPhone. Apple watch s6+ has U1 chip so technically it should be possible
